Who we are

CyForte is the controller for personal data collected through this website, and a processor for personal data your organisation supplies to the platform under its own agreement with us. Write to privacy@cyforte.com for anything in this notice.

What we collect through this website

  • Details you type into the demo or contact forms: name, work email, company, job title, company size, country, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Your consent record: what you consented to, when, and from which form.
  • Aggregate usage measurement: which pages were viewed and roughly from where, collected without cookies and without a per-person identifier.

What we do not collect here

  • We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party advertising or social tracking pixels on this site.
  • We do not load any analytics or measurement script before you have consented where consent is required.
  • We do not buy contact lists or enrich your submission with third-party data brokers.

Platform data

Where your organisation uses the platform, we process the security telemetry and user records described on our trust page as a processor, under your instructions and for the retention period in your agreement. Connector credentials are read from your own key vault at runtime and are never stored by us.

Sharing

We share website submissions with our customer-relationship system and our transactional email provider, both acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete it, and withdraw any consent you gave, at any time.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Complain to your supervisory authority if you are not satisfied with our response.

Write to privacy@cyforte.com. We respond within one month, and sooner where we can.
